This is a very interesting review concerning a central issue for physicians dealing with HBV infection.
The rapid and continuous approval of new drugs in the field of onco-hematology determines that the guidelines often do not provide recommendations on these novel molecules.
This review gives is an useful tool, in addiction to the current guidelines, for the management of occult HBV patients undergoing systemic therapy in our clinical practice.

Thank you for the comments which are very practical and useful. Indeed, there are a lot of novel agents being approved for the treatment of hematological malignancies. There is a need for the strategy to prevent HBV reactivation in patients receiving these novel agents.
