The present manuscript is extensive review of the role of sarcopenia mainly in the prognosis of patients with HCC, as sarcopenia is increasingly recognized as a predictor for outcomes in these patients. The review is updated and the sessions are clear and very well disposed. This is a valuable review of the subject with an evidence-based discussion.
