Reader Comments:
In order to describe the immunophenotype of immune checkpoint (IC) expression in OAC patients before and after radiotherapy, evaluate the effect of checkpoint blocking on cell viability, and pay more and more attention to the spread of anti-tumor immune response, this article studies the effect of radiation and checkpoint blocking on cell viability in OAC patients. A mixed combination of in vitro and in vitro models was used. The serum immune proteins were quantified by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Flow cytometry staining was used to evaluate IC expression in OAC cell lines and OAC biopsies in vitro. The cell viability was evaluated by cell counting kit-8 analysis under the radiation conditions with or without IC blocking. The experimental process and data results are clear. The results of this study have great implications for clinical practice. In the new adjuvant treatment environment, ICIS and ionizing radiation have synergistic effects, which also have obvious implications for the treatment of specific patients in the future. It is a rare good article
