Reader Comments:
This review recommends appropriate monitoring through clinical biochemical score and regular ultrasound evaluation, and summarizes the virus and microenvironment of disease occurrence, as well as the pathophysiology and molecular pathways of chronic infection and carcinogenesis of HBV, HCV and HDV, so as to clarify the mechanism of tumorigenesis, cooperate with the design of future treatment schemes for this kind of cancer, and focus on the impact of clinical monitoring and antiviral treatment on the risk of HCC. The detailed description is carried out from multiple angles of each virus. The diagram is clear and easy to understand, the data is real and detailed, and the research and design data are cited many times. Conclusion HBV and HCV infected patients have a higher risk of carcinogenesis, mainly because of the interaction between viral proteome, transcriptome and host cell molecular pathways, involving inflammation and cell replication. And looking forward to the future, the new biomarkers and risk stratification system may help clinicians identify patients for closer follow-up, so as to achieve more personalized liver cancer monitoring methods.
