This article had shown us the key characteristics of white endoscopy of the sessile serrated lesions. It is a significant mention for the endoscopists. However, combining the pigment endoscopy, it may be a better method to differentiate the sessile serrated lesions with others such as adenomatous polyps. Another point is that comparison with other lesions may be a good method to identify the key characteristics of the sessile serrated lesions.
