Thank you for inviting me to comment on the above-titled manuscript. First, I congratulate the authors on their publication.
However, I have a few comments and suggestions-
Abstract- I suggest instead of the descriptive statements, the authors may need to address 3 points: 1) What are current tools used to detect CRC in patients with IBD early? 2) What are the main limitations of these tools? 3) How AI can help in filling the gap?
The section on (AI in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy) is redundant and is away from the scope of the review.
Instead, the authors should have addressed the 3 questions presented above.
