The article depicts the role of tumor cell vaccines, dendritic cell vaccines, peptide vaccines or nucleic acid vaccines as preventive as well as therapeutic tumor vaccine with suitable examples. The readers will get an idea about the developments in tumor antigens. Usually we talk about the vaccine in perspective of prevention mode. Here, the authors detail about the therapeutic tumor antigen as well.
