The management strategy in left arm is for patients presented with volume overload (decompensated heart failure, venous congestion, venous hypertension, edema, ascites, weight gain). The management strategy in right arm is for patients presented with reduced perfusion (decreased cardiac output, effective circulating volume, renal blood flow and renal plasma flow, arterial hypotension).
