Heart size and hila are normal. Stomach gas is noted in the right upper quadrant.
Figure 2 Situs inversus is seen with stomach in the right upper quadrant.
There is no evidence of abnormal bowel dilation or obstruction. There is moderate amount of fecal matter noted in the colon and rectum.
