The manuscript is very interesting, as the authors attempt to describe a rather important topic in arthroplasty practice that is the the outcomes from bilateral Total Hip Arthroplasty.
There is a clear lack of concesus on the topic, with advantages and disadvantages associated for both of the options ( single staged vs double) ; nevertheless the patients' general medical status and the expactations are of paramount importance for the final decision.
