A: A purse string suture was placed at the hemorrhoid tissue; B: A 33-mm circular stapler was inserted, closed, and fired; C: Bleeding was evaluated after creating the circular stapled anastomosis; D: After checking the bleeding status, we removed the staples at the 3- and 9-0’clock positions; E: Staples at the 3-o’clock were removed and a hemostatic suture was placed.
