This article reported the experience of single center diagnosis and treatment in the field of gastric stump cancer, which made a contribution to the research in this field.We come up with some ideas on our own: In this article,all patients were previously operated on by an open approach and underwent gastrojejunostomy (Billroth II) reconstruction.Besides,stump gastric cancer occurred more than 10 years after the first operation generally.The article shows clinical and surgical characteristics of the RGC and PGC groups.Older age (P = 0.001) was associated with patients in the RGC group.I think the result is obvious.Finally,the conclusion is that LN status was the only independent factor associated with OS.For the gastric cancer,LN is undoubtedly an important factor.
