Of 640 consecutive endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle biopsy 22G procedures screened during 2019-2024, 60 eligible pancreatic cystic or mixed lesions were included. The 580 remaining procedures were non-eligible because they involved other indications or met predefined exclusion criteria. EUS-FNB: Endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle biopsy.
