肝硬化合并静脉血栓栓塞尤其是肝硬化合并门静脉血栓为临床常见并发症，治疗有一定难度，使用抗凝药有获益也有风险。该文查阅了近年来的文献，对常用的几种肝素类抗凝药的疗效、不良反应进行了评估，对临床合理用药有一定的指导价值。
