本文作者就肝脏不典型增生结节(dysplastic nodule, DN)具有潜在恶变风险, 缺乏典型临床症状, 依据病史、各种检查技术特点, 个体化选择肿瘤标记物、影像学和组织病理学等技术, 及早明确诊断; 从发生癌变的各个阶段、各个层面实施干预, 阻断DN向肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)恶变转化进程, 进行系统性论述，使读者能够系统，清晰地对肝脏不典型增生结节有个比较清楚认识，但文章整体思路和排版比较中规中矩，教科书式的论述，面比较全，但缺乏本文其独特的创新性。
