本文探讨了部分铁死亡靶点在GC中的表达, GC中的铁死亡"逃逸"或是促进细胞增殖及肿瘤耐药性的可能机制, 作用于铁死亡通路的抗肿瘤药物为GC的治疗提供了新的策略，铁死亡的促炎作用在干预胃炎-胃癌的转化过程仍有待进一步研究。
