本文报道四联疗法在临床抗HP应用中取得良好效果, 益生菌与含铋剂的质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitor, PPI)四联疗法联合可减少四联疗法抗生素的耐药性及敏感度下降等问题, 但是，关键的问题是 四联疗法中
抗生素是不应该与 益生菌联合使用的，因为HP是最为耐药的细菌，所以才需要四联；杀HP的药物极易直接、完全地杀灭益生菌！
