随着内镜技术的发展, 无腹腔镜辅助的内镜全层切除术越来越多的应用于临床, 尤其适用于起源于固有肌层、突向浆膜下或部分腔外生长的肿瘤, 应用悬吊法辅助完成内镜全层切除术可使手术操作视野清晰, 防止肿瘤漏入腹腔以及避免伤及邻近脏器等优点, 值得在临床推广.
