总体撰文较好，建议如下：
1、全文仅适用基于TCGA数据库的测序数据进行分析，缺乏使用其他数据集对基因的预后和免疫浸润情况进行验证；
2、蛋白互作分析中使用String数据库，然而String得到蛋白互作结果并非基于TCGA的测序表达谱，应将String得到互作蛋白和TCGA数据（或其他数据集）中共表达相关性强的基因结合分析；
3、小问题：既然谈到了突变分析，为何不分析PDE2A突变亚型的预后差异和临床相关性？图3中仅仅探讨了PDE2A表达与肿瘤stage分期的关系，为何不补充与肿瘤TNM、age、MSI的相关性？图6对TIMER的结果表述不清晰且没有意义（“与免疫细胞呈正相关或负相关”，代表什么，说明什么？）
